Services Offered: Individual 45 or 60 minute psychotherapy sessions, and marriage counseling, in person or through telehealth. I am trained in numerous types of treatment methods, so I cater my treatment based on the needs of the patient, in collaboration with their unique history, goals and circumstances. I also have a specialty integrating Christian counseling with evidence based treatments for those that desire this approach. Attachment and relational styles, cognitive behavioral, and emotion regulation/mindfulness coping skills, interpersonal neurobiology, can all be blended into the treatment process - depending on the needs of the patient. I aim to de-shame, and de-mystify the private and often unspoken, inner lives of oneself so that the best version of yourself will emerge and grow.
