Now Required - Background Screening

As of July 1, 2025, all* health care practitioners must comply with background screening requirements when applying for initial licensure or renewing their license. Below is some information that will take you to the site where you can initiate a screening. You can do it now if you want. The suggestion is to do it well before you renew your license. If you do not do this background screen, you will not be able to renew your license. Click on the Initiate a Screening link below to get started.
